人們都好奇：「斯坦的魚缸養了什麼魚？」
據說這條魚看不見、摸不著，但得到它就等於擁有全世界。一時間人們為此魚如痴如狂，埋頭探索、研究樂此不疲。
另一群人開始購買魚吊飾、魚周邊商品，有的人甚至膜拜起魚雕像、建立魚祭壇。慢慢地人們安心了，因為魚已經四處可見。
斯坦滿臉疑惑的問：「你們不想知道原來那隻魚，長什麼樣子嗎？」
人們滿臉疑惑的回：「魚不就是那個樣子嗎？」

東西方跨界美學課程
DFC 石刻｜東西方象形文字美學設計課
一個字的意思，從圖像裡就能窺之全貌。讓孩子們用不同的視角，認識東方、西方的文字差異(中國、埃及象形文字)，從字裡行間感受古代人的幽默與想像力、體會創造文字的美感與架構，讓語言越掘越有滋味。最後用頁岩仿刻自己設計的甲骨文字。
The concept of a word could be revealed by its illustration. Let children understand the differences between the East and the West pictogram (Chinese and Egyptian pictogram respectively) with a new perspective. Feel the humor and imagination of the ancients between the lines; realize the beauty and the structure of creating words. Finally, children could create their own pictogram and carve it in stone by themselves.
從每天都見到的文字出發，帶孩子們認識過去的歷史、藝術以及科學。在東方科學史的脈絡下，讓孩子們化身為創作出天工開物的東方科學家宋應星，再結合設計的創作，讓孩子們用心體會科學與設計的生活應用與展現！
